Stuttgart Airport (STR) is situated 13kms south of the city. It has four terminals that handle around 400 flights each day and accommodates eight million passengers each year. Many of those visitors take advantage of cheap car hire at Stuttgart Airport (STR) to get to their final destinations.

If you need a last minute souvenir or just want to treat yourself there is a variety of shops offering cosmetics, clothes and books. There is also a supermarket in Terminal 2.

Due to the proximity of the airport to the A8 Autobahn that links Karlsruhe, Stuttgart and Munich travellers who use car hire at Stuttgart Airport (STR) will find onward destinations easy to reach. If you are heading for Stuttgart follow the signs for Bundesstrasse B27.
