Frankfurt Airport is the biggest hub on the continent of Europe. About half of the traffic through Frankfurt Airport is passengers connecting to another flight. For disabled passengers facilities are good. Specially designed washrooms, automated doors and wheelchair ramps are fitted as standard and assistance may be booked in advance. There is also disabled persons’ parking in the P31 garage with wheelchair access to Departures. Arrivals and Departures halls in both terminals have 24/7 information booths where passengers can get advice and organise budget car rental.
