Beauvais Airport (BVA) is commonly thought of as Paris’s third airport. It is also referred to as a budget airport due to the number of budget airlines that use the airport. The airport is situated 75kms to the north of Paris. The area surrounding the airport is a good historical touring region. It is also a good base to visit Disneyland at Paris. There is no rail link to the airport but there is a rail station at Beauvais town which has a link to Paris and other destinations.
